* You Deserve Your Dreams !!!

Find out what you want and go after it as if your career and your life depends on it.

Why – because it does.

You came into this world alone and you are going to leave it alone – and you alone will determine your destiny. You are the C.E.O. of your career.

You deserve to have your bills paid.

You deserve to have time for family and friends.

You deserve to have a nice house, car and clothes.
You deserve to have extra money in the bank.

You deserve to have your dreams!

Why don’t we?

What stops us?

What gets in the way of reaching our potential…of tapping into our greatness?

I’ll tell you what does – fear, self doubt and laziness.

1. We are afraid so we accept our circumstances and complain quietly.

2. We are not sure if we can do it. If we’ve got what it takes, so we allow our self doubts to be bigger that our dreams, and we turn what could be a happy dream into a nightmare.

3. We are lazy. It is too easy to settle and be average and ordinary – to hide in our own shadows instead of stepping out and making a difference in our lives and in the lives of those around you.

We must say no to mediocrity.

We must say yes to our dreams even if it means working toward their achievement.

We must take charge of our own lives and begin to live a life of our choosing to really enjoy living our dreams.

You may not accomplish every goal you set. That doesn’t matter – what really matters is that you went for it – full out and you gave it your best. You ran full steam, you didn’t hold back from you.

In the end, it is the person you become, the growth you experience, the lives you touched and made better…that is what really counts!

Each one of us has something special to offer. Nobody has ever been like you before and nobody will ever be like you again. You are unique and only you can share your gifts. You have the responsibility to make a difference…to add value and make a positive impact.

Life is improved by your participation in it!

I believe when it is over, and you meet St. Peter at the pearly gates of heaven, you’re going to be asked these questions:

· “Did you live up to your potential?”

· “Did you use your talents and abilities?”

· “Did you live a life full of limits or did you live a life worth living…one where you challenged yourself to go for it, one where you stretched…a life where you grew.

You see, God isn’t going to give you any credit for all the TV shows you watched, He’s not going to give you credit for all the books you wanted to read, and you get no credit for all the people’s lives you could have touched…but didn’t.

God’s not going to say to you: why weren’t you Moses?

God’s not going to say to you: why weren’t you Thomas Edison?

God’s not going to say to you: why weren’t you Mother Theresa?

No –

God’s going to look you in the eye and ask “Why weren’t you “you”?”

And then God’s going to replay on a large movie screen the life he had in mind when he created you and compare it against the life you just lived.

Will you stand tall with a sense of pride, or will you look away and try to hide?

You see, the life you live is all up to you – just you.

When you don’t live fully – when you settle…that my friends…in my humble opinion is the equivalent of giving God the finger.

You’ve got talents and abilities you never tap into…why not?

Decide today to demand more of yourself. It’s not just a job – it’s your life!

Make the decision to raise your personal standards to be all that you really can be.

You’ve got to decide for yourself to take a stand against mediocrity and to go for it…to live a life worth living!

Get a picture of what you want to leave as your legacy.

See it clearly and specifically…and then start living it.

How much can you improve?

You’ll never find out watching TV or making excuses!

You only find out by giving it your best.

By going for it full steam ahead.

By letting go of the past and living fully in the present.

Sure, you’ve made mistakes – so what – who hasn’t. That’s no reason to quit. Take that experience and use it to get even better.

Lee Iacocca turned Chrysler around with this battle cry:

“We have one and only one ambition. To be the best. What else is there?”

That says it all - to give it everything you’ve got – to be your very best! To get dedicated – to have heart and have guts! I encourage you take a look at your career and see if it’s all you hoped for, than decide today to work hard to make it fulfilling and productive.

I encourage you to take a look at your life and if it is not all you hoped for, than decide today to give it your very best effort and work hard to make it rewarding and worth living. It’s an exhilarating experience and life is exciting when you dedicate yourself to being your best!

Here it is, November 2004. Just think if at the end of the year, you had to give a reason to be able to live in 2005. Wouldn’t that be interesting?!?!

Can you imagine all the people as they waited in line to tell their story about why they should go on living?
Well…ahh…I watched some TV, I…ahh…drank some beer…I gave real estate a try.

Come on – your life is your choice! Are you satisfied with your life just the way that it is, or could it be improved in some areas?

More than wishing for changes, it takes a real effort on your part. It takes a real commitment to follow through on your own dreams with positive action.

You’ve got to decide to be determined to succeed.

Don’t just make a living…make a life worth living.

You must begin now to claim the lifestyle that works for you!

Make a commitment to yourself to raise your personal standards…to demand more of yourself…and then keep your commitments. You can do it!

Helen Keller said:
“We can do most anything we want, if we stick to it long enough.”

It is time to reach for the best that is in you.

It is time to let your specialness out!

It is time to share you greatness!

It is time to say yes to you!

Your time has come!

You deserve your dreams.
You know you can do more.

You know you can be more.

You know you can have more.

Everyday when you get up, you’ve got another opportunity to get better, to get smarter, and to be as much as you can be.

Don’t waste another day.

Reach for the best that is in you!

There is no greater challenge than to challenge yourself!

Why settle for good when you’ve got better and best inside of you?

Give yourself permission to stretch and grow!

Give to the world the best you have, and the best will come back to you.

Believe in yourself!

Believe in your value!

Believe that you make a difference!

Put your heart in your dreams!

No risk – no reward
No pain – no gain
No try – no fly

Go for it!

Because you are in Coaching 2 Greatness, you’ve got to stand up inside yourself and say out loud, proclaiming to the world…

I’m going to make it happen!
I refuse to be denied!
I deserve more effort from myself!
I’m ready to discover my greatness!

You see…

You are a winner!
You’ve got what it takes! I know that to be true or you would not be in C2G.
You are special!

Talk to yourself like a winner – does your self talk help you…or hurt you?

Pay attention to your thoughts. They affect you first.
Picture yourself as a winner – what kind of previews and coming attractions are showing on your movie screen. You are the star in your movie – see yourself as a valuable person who makes a positive difference.

And place yourself in a resourceful physiology so you feel like a winner. Sit, stand, walk and talk like you’ve been coached for greatness!

You are special! You are unique! You are truly a winner!

You deserve your dreams –

Yeah dreams – that’s the juice – that’s the excitement!

You 1st have to dream

2nd – you’ve got to believe

3rd – you’ve got to take action and perform

4th – then you enjoy success and achieve

I. LET’S US LOOK AT DREAMING

Remember when you were little and you played the game “Someday I’ll?” and you had these dreams about what you were going to be when you grew up?

What happened?

Somebody told us our dreams were silly – who did we think we were – and they laughed at us and it hurt. SO what did we do…we stopped sharing our dreams and pretty soon the dream died.

Why, because we played follow the leader. Somebody else who gave up on their dream threw cold water on our dreams. They put their self imposed limits on us and we believed them…and some of our fire went out.

II. YOU’VE GOT TO BELIEVE

Did you ever stop and ask yourself why you believe the things you believe?

Specifically, why did you believe the things that limit you?

Our barriers ARE based on our beliefs and experience, and the meanings we have attached to them.

It makes all the difference whether you see darkness through the light, or brightness through the shadows.

Let me share a secret with you – your limiting beliefs are made out of glass and you can shatter them anytime you are ready.

Winners don’t have a positive attitude because they won, they won because they have a positive attitude.

Ultimately, you are the one who will make it happen! You’ve got to become your own best friend…your own cheerleader!

You’ve got to believe in you!
You’ve got to believe in the value you offer.
You’ve got to believe in your company.
You’ve got to believe in the service you give.
You’ve got to believe in what you’re selling.

What we believe about selling will determine our attitude about it. Our attitude will create how we feel about it. How we feel about it will determine what we do and the actions we take. You were not born with attitudes, they were programmed from past experiences.

In each case, our belief will help us or hinder us. The difference between a successful person and others is the belief factor. Our beliefs often become self fulfilling. Believe it and it happens. Believe it’s not possible and it’s often doomed from the start.

You have to break out of your old conditioning – obstacle thinking.

In Coaching 2 Greatness, we know that to be successful, you must believe in yourself!

Get your mental attitude up!

See yourself successful!

We all deserve to truly believe in ourselves.

People win when they work with you!

Act as though it were impossible to fail.

You’ve got to be on your own side!

You’ve got to have a good, healthy self-image of yourself.

I remember when my teenage son, Eric, was just 3 ½ years old. He was coloring at the kitchen table, paused, looked up and said to my wife Linda, “I love you mom!”
Linda smiled and said back, “I love you too Eric!”
Eric went back to coloring for about a minute, again looked up and said, “I love me too!”

I will never forget the pure innocence of that little 3 ½ years old boy. What is nice to know is that you and I still have that innocent child, filled with love, wonder and curiosity inside of us. Isn’t it time to let him/her out to play again? Do something fun. Do something silly. Laugh out loud just because you can!

When you believe in you – so will other people.

When you have confidence in you – so will other people.

You want to be looking good, smelling good and feeling good.

Get excited about yourself!

You are somebody special!

You are a good person – you deserve the best.

What are your strengths and assets? Write out at least 10 good things about yourself.

Get comfortable with them and you will project a good level of self confidence. Buyers proceeding cautiously want confidence in you. Sellers, unsure about the market want confidence in you.

They’ve got to know it in their head and feel it in their heart that you believe in yourself and what you are doing.

1. I understand the problems of successfully selling a home in today’s market, and have systems of success in place.

2. M/M__________, I have the knowledge to help you achieve the results you are looking for.

3. My company and I have all the resources you would ever need and the experience to get the job done right.

4. I seem to have a good ability to relate to people, I’m interested in others, but I’m not pushy and I think people respect that.

5. Another thing about me that you may like to know is that I don’t discourage easily. In the business we occasionally run into obstacles and I persist until we get it handled.

6. I am a self started and I enjoy a good challenge. Being in real estate today requires lots of energy and drive. Today, you have to pay attention to the fine points. I get a great deal of a satisfaction out of seeing my sellers and buyers achieve their goals.

III. YOU’VE GOT TO PERFORM

Your attitude determines your performance. Your performance, or the action you take, ultimately determines your level of success.

You’ve got to be ready for success, because success is ready for you!

In Coaching 2 Greatness, you see me demonstrate great questions all the time. You must become a Question Master. Learn to ask your way to massive success. New Professional selling is asking quality questions!

If you don’t ask – you wont get to go out and find people who can say ‘yes’. Let your buyers and sellers know that you’ve got the resources to do it all…and the experience to do it right…and that they will be forever glad they worked with you.

Go out and see people and talk to them about buying and selling real estate.

People will teach you how to sell! Waiting is not a good strategy. Give people the opportunity to say ‘yes’ on a daily basis. Somebody out there is waiting for you to show up. Don’t disappoint them.

IV. THEN YOU ACHIEVE

In real estate, and I life, you get paid for results!

Like it says in the Bible – “Faith without works is dead.” James 2:26

The votes in real estate are counted in dollars. Did you have a good year? If you made a lot of money, than you rendered a lot of service.

If you want to make more money, than you have to become more valuable!

It is good business to pay people what they are worth – what are you paying yourself?

You cannot get anymore time. We all get 24 hours a day – that’s it. It’s not about the hours you put in. It’s about what you put in the hours that counts. To make more, we must be worth more.

Times flies, but remember, you are the navigator!

If you waste a day, or two…
You might waste a week or two…
A month or two…
A year or two…
A decade or your life.

One of these days is none of these days – today is the day that counts!

I have an interesting challenge for you –
In 2005, why not set a goal to have an all-cash Christmas or Hanukah!
No MasterCard, Visa, or plastic. You pay cash for all the gifts…and you buy nice gifts!

…and why stop here. Why not have an extra $10,000 in cash in the bank next year at this time?

Listen to yourself – did you already start telling yourself excuses on why it’s not possible?

If it is possible for somebody else…why not you?
I’ll tell you why – because all of our lives we have been taught to take the safe way – to play it safe!
How safe is it to be broke?
How safe is it to rely on the government?

It does not matter what you can do.
What matters is what you will do.

What a great question – “What will you do to make your career, your relationships, and your life even better in 2010?”

“In life, the person you become depends not on your conditions, but ultimately, on your decisions.”

Your dreams, your goals are worth every effort you put forth!

You deserve success! Use the Coaching 2 Greatness ideas, concepts, dynamic dialogues, and success strategies to really bridge the gaps that currently hold you back.

You no longer have to settle!

In life, good things come to those who are willing to go after them – to work for their dreams and goals.

If it is worth it, you do whatever is required. You and your dreams are worth it!

Say out loud, “I’m worth it and so are you!”

“I’m going to arrive in 2010.”

Everything that’s hard may not be worth it, but everything that’s worth it, will be hard.

Hey, it’s hard…so what! Just do it!

Really – make a personal commitment to go after it!

You are worth it! – And you know it!

When you decide to go after your dreams – to pursue and release your greatness, you are taking responsibility for you life! You are becoming accountable to the person in the mirror and the person up above!

The ugliest 4 letter word in all language is “QUIT”. People don’t fail – they quit too soon.

Don’t quit! It’s always too soon to quit. Don’t die before you are dead!

If you’re here, you still have more to do!

Don’t stop working on yourself – keep going.

Don’t take yourself out of the game.

Don’t throw the towel in on yourself.

It’s not going to be easy – but I promise you this – it will be worth it!

Keep studying, practicing and rehearsing the ideas and strategies in Coaching 2 Greatness!

Good things come to those who work for them! No excuses. Don’t let anything stop you!

You joined Coaching 2 Greatness because you are ready to play bigger and have more joy and success in your life!

Never stop working on you! School is never out for the pro!

Think success – make it your aim!

Believe in your right to achieve success!
Believe in your ability to achieve success!

John Wooden – 12 time national basketball champion coach said, “Don’t let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do.”

Can’t never did anything – knock the ‘T’ out of can’t and instead of I can’t, make it ‘I can’.

No dream is achieved without effort.

You don’t get on top because you are destined, you get there because you are determined…because you worked for it!

Focus on what you can do!
Many start but few finish!
Be one of the few who do!
The only place success comes before work is in the dictionary!

Why settle for good, when you can have better or best!
You’ve got to raise your standards – dare to be you!
Say out loud with enthusiasm, energy and belief:

“I amaze myself!”
“I’m someone special!”

Don’t let life happen to you by chance. Take action and make it happen for you by choice!

Focus on what really matters.
You are the determining factor!
Nobody is going to achieve your dreams for you.

Who you become depends on your decisions, not your conditions.

Who you are today is the total of the decisions you have made in the past.

The difference between ordinary and extra ordinary is that little extra.

Are you ready to have more joy and success in your life?

We cannot become what we need to be by remaining what we are.

You know you can do more than you are currently doing!

“It’s not ‘if’ I can – It’s ‘how’ I can.” - Dr. Norman Vincent Peale.

“Dream big! Set low goals and you limit yourself. Set big goals and you enjoy maximum rewards.”
 – John Tenza

It is no fun if it’s not challenging. Playing safe is very risky.

The tragedy in life doesn’t lie in reaching your dreams. The tragedy lies in having no dreams in reach! Reach for the best that is in you!

It is not enough to see the possibility, you must become the possibility.

What kind of person do you have to become to make your dreams come true?

Whatever you are ready for…is ready for you!

You put yourself in Coaching 2 Greatness. It is time to break free from whatever holds you back and enjoy the harvest that life has to offer.

Choose to be Great !
